Ren was so proud of himself for building this lego tower.

Puppas.

Ren has been really into watching the puppet shows on the Baby Einstein movies lately... Cohen is sweet and watches them with him even though he's "too big" to watch Baby Einstein.  Ren woke up this morning saying, "puppa show, Mommy." (Cohen is wearing an eye patch still... the eye Dr. says he needs to wear it 3 hours a day now, as his right eye is starting to lose its vision. We're hoping and praying this will strengthen it for good.)

The boys played outside for a long while this evening. I thought they were so funny when they were finally ready to come in, noses pressed to the glass sliding door. They were probably wondering why on earth I let them stand there while I grabbed my camera!

Daredevil.

 Ren is often found doing crazy things... like standing on top of his slide, and then sliding down head first. I don't look forward to what he'll be doing at age 16 on his bike or skateboard... ugh.

He sure is cute though.

Cohen had his first game today. It was so great seeing him have such a fun time with his friends.

Fishing game.

The boys played their fishing game for nearly an hour today. Ren was pretty funny - he wasn't quite coordinated enough to get the fish out with the rod as quickly as Cohen, so he'd sneak a few out with his bare hands and yell, "Yay!" He was so proud of himself. Cohen was a good sport and turned a blind eye to Ren's cheating.

Early morning hoops.

We got these tiny basketball hoops at Michael's yesterday... the boys were up VERY early this morning playing with them. If only I had an ounce of their energy!

Water paint.

I love it when Michael's has fun activities for under $3. We got these waterpaint books today, and the boys are loving them. Cohen especially is very into it.

Sicky.

Poor Ren was up a lot of the night throwing up. He's so mellow today it's strange. I'm used to him not sitting still for more than a few minutes. So far he's watched Elmo, Baby Einstein, and Madagascar in their entirety without moving from this position. I hope he feels better soon.

Spiked.

Both the boys got haircuts today. Cohen wanted his spiked... a new 'do for him. I thought he looked so grown up!

New Legos!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We went to a park with cousins and friends today... the kids loved riding the train around the park.

Reading corner... of sorts.

I was busy getting some emails sent when I noticed a bit of a mess... Ren had dumped almost every book from the bookshelf out on to the floor, was laying on top of them, and reading... It was so cute, I couldn't get upset... just got my camera instead.

Ren's trying out the trike... he gets stuck a lot against the wall or door... but he's getting better!

Baby Cate's home...again.

Cate had to stay at the hospital for a few days, as she had RSV. Thankfully, she came home today and is on the up and up. We love her so much!

Two is better than one.

I tend to give Ren choices a lot... a choice of jammies to wear or day clothes, or today, a choice of lollipop flavor... he was tricky though and quickly grabbed both the lollipops out of my hand and stuck them both in his mouth. I guess green apple and root beer taste pretty good together... and I need to stop giving him choices when it comes to candy.

Cohen and Ren waited all day to watch an Imagination Movers concert on Disney tonight... here they are in their jammies watching it.

1st day of Tee-ball practice.

Cohen was sooo excited to go to his first tee-ball practice this afternoon. Renny was pretty excited, too... we had a hard time keeping him off the field. He kept running on and trying to get Cohen and Daddy's attention.

Twinners.

The boys insisted on wearing the same tee shirt today. It's the only one they both have the same exact one of... I thought they looked so cute. They were playing "pay-poh" (what Ren calls "play-doh") together.
