New gray walls.

 We had our house painting project begin today... turned our brown walls gray!! I love it!

Laundry room wall art.

I'm in love with the new wall art my sister, Jaimey, made for me with her photoshop program. Isn't it awesome?! Makes me want to hang out in my laundry room more!

New pillows.

 I got new pillows for our couches. I decided I wanted to change the decor in our front room from reds/yellows to nautical navy and yellow. Avery likes the pillows, too.

Snuggles with Daddy.

This picture was not staged. The kids love to snuggle with Daddy on lazy Sunday mornings. I know he loves it, too.

A popsicle.

Mid 70's.

After a few very cold weeks, we are happy to be playing outside again in the mid 70's. I think the kids were getting stir crazy being indoors so much!

Farmer's Market.

We went to the Little Italy Farmer's Market in San Diego today. It was gorgeous out and so fun! I love all the sights of gorgeous fresh produce. Aren't these purple cauliflower awesome?

Coronado.

I met up with some friends from BYU and Jaimey over the weekend for a girls' trip. It was heavenly. Here's a photo Jaimey took off the island of Coronado. Love it. I think I will frame it and put it up on my wall!

A recipe for us sickies.

My family has been sick, so I thought some chicken noodle soup would be good for dinner. It was delicious. I ate it 3 meals in a row.

Taken care of.

Avery's not feeling so great today. Her brothers wanted to hook her up, so they brought her a snack, their blankets, and their plushies to sit with. She's a lucky girl to have such doting men in her life.

A broom and brown sugar.

Avery cracked me up today. She came walking up to me with a broom in one hand and a bag of brown sugar in the other... She seemed to have some purpose for her choices, but I'm not sure what. Love that girl.

A new coatrack.

I bought this awesome coat rack off etsy for the mudroom. I love it. It's a piece of wood salvaged from Cape Fear's dock. How cool is that? And I love that the painted turquoise stripe perfectly matches my turquoise bins... love!!!

Pillow pet.

Grandpa Lee gave Ren this awesome dolphin pillow pet. I love that it's big enough for both Avery and Ren to lay on it together.
