She's here!

Baby Avery arrived today! 7 lbs. 2 oz. 20 inches long. Tons of black hair. So sweet!

She'll be here soon!

I made this crib bedding for baby Avery. I think the fabrics are so pretty. Can't wait for her to arrive!

TP is loads of fun.

Ren played with this toilet paper for quite a while today. He stacked it, lined it up, jumped on it, rolled over it... by the end of it all it was lookin' pretty tattered... oh well... at least he was entertained for a bit!

It's hot outside!

Ren wanted to ride his tricycle today, but he didn't want to ride it outside! It was too hot! So he tried for a good 10 minutes to get it in the door. He was totally determined.

Happy B-day Jason!

The boys were so excited to make Jason's b-day cake for him. Cohen put in the candles and Ren poured on the sprinkles. Since I made it egg free, Cohen was particularly excited because he could actually eat it! (Which he did... I think he ate 3/4 of that cake over the next few days.)

A new play area.

Ren loves to climb in and out of our new pantry. This was him about 10 minutes before we had to leave for church.

Makin' Daddy comfortable...

Jason had to have a wisdom tooth pulled this morning. When he came home, he sat in the rocking chair and fell asleep. The boys were so sweet they kept giving him hugs, putting their blankets on him and pillows behind his head. Cohen kept saying, "We're makin' Daddy comfortable, Mommy." (After about 10 minutes of "comfortable" I told Jason to go lie down in our bed though.) ;)

Spaghetti!

Ren ate his usual Spaghettios tonight but then saw my real spaghetti and wanted some. Delighted, I made him a bowl, and another, and another... I think he's found a new love in pasta!

Ren has learned to push a step stool to the counter and climb up for his favorite morning snacks. I was a bit taken back by his awesome outfit this morning though! Jammies, red hoodie and yellow socks.

It's officially summer.

The water bill's gonna be expensive this summer!
